Job summary

Seaton Senior Living in Dover, DE, is seeking an experienced Nursing leader to oversee health and wellbeing of residents, working with the Director of Health & Wellness. This role also develops and implements the personal care staff schedule and fills shifts as needed to maintain proper staffing.

Qualifications

• Maintains current state license as an RN.
• Experience in assisted living, home health or long-term care.
• Two years' nursing experience preferred.
• One year nursing management experience preferred.
• Competence in assessment, injections/medication administration, follow up and triage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee health and wellbeing of residents in coordination with the Director of Health & Wellness.
• Develop and implement personal care staff scheduling; fill call-offs and vacancies.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations.
• Partner with the health team to analyze resident needs and service plans.
• Provide training on required competencies (Dementia Care, LLAM, CPR) and monitor compliance.
