Talentify is seeking a Resident Assistant to support adult and older adult residents in a group home setting. The role emphasizes well‑being, safety, daily living support, and inclusive engagement within a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities include assisting with daily routines, medication management, and promoting healthy nutrition, while maintaining a safe, respectful living environment and encouraging independence.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• First Aid and CPR certification (training provided upon hire).
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Educate, guide, and support residents in activities of daily living, promoting independence and self‑care.
• Assist residents with medication management, ensuring safe and accurate self‑administration.
• Maintain cleanliness and efficient operation of residential sites, fostering a comfortable and safe environment.
• Support the planning and implementation of daily menus, encouraging healthy nutrition.
• Conduct daily assessments of resident well‑being and promptly communicate concerns to appropriate staff.
• Serve as a positive role model and resource for residents, fostering mutual respect and inclusion.
• Lead skills groups in our Drop In Program.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support the overall functioning of the residential program.
