Job summary

Runk & Pratt Health Care Ent Inc is seeking caring nursing aides to support residents daily. You will monitor vital signs, assist with ADLs, and help maintain a safe, respectful, homelike environment. Qualifications

• Must follow complex written and oral directions.
• Must understand residents' rights and report any concerns promptly.
• Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Must maintain confidentiality and provide care with warmth and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Check vital signs and weigh residents daily.
• Assist with activities of daily living: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding and mobility.
• Encourage and document daily nutritional intake.
• Provide supervision and assistance during meals and service areas.
• Respond to call bells promptly and courteously.
• Maintain clean, safe environment and report deficiencies.
