Job summary

Qualifications

• Valid NA/CNA/PCA certificate required.
• State Police background check clear of offenses.
• TB screening within 7 days prior to start.

Responsibilities

• Check vital signs and weigh residents as directed by supervisors.
• Follow individualized care plans and document observations.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Support meal service and monitor nutritional intake.
• Promote residents' rights, report any abuse or rights violations.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful environment for residents.
