Qualifications

• One year experience working with persons with developmental disabilities preferred.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Valid driver's license in New Jersey with no more than 5 points.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality services to residents as per agency philosophy.
• Assist with supervision and training of residential counselors.
• Maintain written documentation and cooperate with inspections.
