Responsibilities

• Help meet the personal health, safety and welfare of residents in the group home.
• Assist with personal care tasks such as bathing and toileting; supervise cooking and life skills.
• Administer or assist with medication administration.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, co-workers and residents.
• Transport residents to day programs or community activities.
• Document daily services provided.
• Assist with community-based activities.
