• Observes residents health status, reports significant changes to Health and Wellness Director.
• Assists in medication management and maintains records; ensures proper storage and documentation.
• Communicates to families regarding residents' personal needs and scheduled appointments.
• Participates in department quality improvement activities and routine safety checks.
