The Orenda Center of Wellness is a women-only residential treatment facility located in Sabillasville, MD. We provide individualized substance abuse treatment and co-occurring mental health services in a supportive, therapeutic environment.

We are seeking a Direct Care Coordinator (DCC) to support residents alongside clinical teams, monitor day-to-day activities, and maintain a strong rapport with clients. Immediate interview and hybrid coverage options are available; join our compassionate team

Qualifications

• GED or high school diploma required.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
• Clean driving record and insurable on company insurance.
• Flexibility with hours and workload responsibilities.
• Ability to follow preset schedules and good time management.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with developing daily living and life skills.
• Facilitate therapeutic and goal-oriented activities.
• Document progress and shift reports in EMR systems.
• Communicate client concerns to staff.
• Transport clients in company vehicle.
• Advocate for clients and their needs.
