Responsibilities

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living such as transferring, turning and positioning, showers, dressing, grooming and feeding.
• Obtaining vital signs and monitoring intake.
• Delivering meal trays and ensuring meals align with care plans.
• Escort residents to therapy sessions and activities.
• Report resident changes promptly and accurately in records.
• Follow infection prevention and safety procedures including PPE.
• Safely operate lift equipment and assist with transfers.
• Maintain resident privacy and safeguard health information.
