Job summary

Avina of Fond du Lac is seeking a full-time CNA for the PM shift to provide routine nursing care under the supervision of registered nurses and licensed practical nurses. You will assist with ADLs, mobility, bathing, dining, and monitoring resident conditions.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA).
• Experience providing routine daily nursing care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care and services under supervision of RNs or LPNs.
• Assist residents with ADLs, mobility, positioning, bathing, toileting and dining.
• Observe and report resident conditions to licensed staff.
• Maintain safety for residents and co-workers.
• Answer call lights promptly and coordinate with center disciplines.

Compensation

• $20 - $22 /hour depending on experience

Function

To provide routine daily nursing care and services that support the care delivered to residents needing skilled nursing care/complex medical care and/or rehabilitative care under the direction and supervision of a registered nurse or a licensed practical/vocation nurse.

Job summary

• Be aware of all aspects of safety for residents and co-workers

• Licensed as a certified nursing assistant, and participate in scheduled training and educational classes, maintaining the educational credits for continued certification
