Job summary

Avina of Fond du Lac is seeking a Full-Time AM Shift CNA to provide routine daily nursing care and support to residents under RN/LPN supervision.

The role emphasizes resident-centered care, ADL assistance, safety, timely response to call lights, teamwork across disciplines, and ongoing certification through scheduled trainings to maintain credentials.

Qualifications

• Licensed as a certified nursing assistant and participate in scheduled training and educational classes to maintain certification credits.
• Ability to provide routine daily nursing care and services under supervision.

Full-Time AM Shift CNA:

Compensation:

• $20 - $22 per hour

Function:

To provide routine daily nursing care and services that support the care delivered to residents needing skilled nursing care/complex medical care and/or rehabilitative care under the direction and supervision of a registered nurse or a licensed practical/vocation nurse.

Job summary:

• Personal cares to include assistance in adl's, mobility, positioning, bathing, toileting and dining assistance
• Observations and reporting to licensed staff to monitor resident condition and safety
• Be aware of all aspects of safety for residents and co-workers
• Answer call lights timely and promptly
• Be a team player working in coordination with all disciplines in the center
• Licensed as a certified nursing assistant, and participate in scheduled training and educational classes, maintaining the educational credits for continued certification
