Job summary

Responsibilities include conducting room searches for contraband, educating residents on facility rules, scheduling dental appointments, and recording wandering checks.

Responsibilities

• Inventory all residents' items and document on inventory sheet and PCC.
• Conduct psychosocial groups and document participation.
• Monitor and de-escalate behaviors during smoke breaks; report to PRSCs/PRSD.
• Perform room searches for contraband and ensure residents sign handbook/house rules.
• Schedule dental appointments for residents and notify PRSD of refusals of care.
• Document wandering guard checks (time/date) daily and report changes to PRSD.
• Coordinate room changes with CNA staff and notify families.
• Maintain token store: update tokens, points, and changes.
