Job summary

Wellquest Living Llc seeks an LVN-supervisor to assist the Director of Assisted Living in developing and posting caregiver schedules and ensuring coverage. You will monitor attendance, coordinate moves and discharges, and participate in safety and level of care evaluations.

You will meet with families and residents to create service plans, document meetings, and ensure regulatory compliance while supporting residents’ daily needs and comfort.

Qualifications

• Experience with assisted living scheduling and staffing
• Ability to document changes and track attendance
• Knowledge of resident care planning and service documentation
• Strong communication with families and interdisciplinary teams
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements for assisted living facilities

Responsibilities

• Develop and post caregiver schedules; manage monthly changes.
• Cover shifts as needed and arrange caregiver replacements.
• Track caregiver attendance and take corrective action.
• Assist in completion of time records.
• Coordinate services and moves for residents and staff.
• Meet with families to create service plans and assess care needs.
• Maintain resident files and ensure up-to-date physician orders and plans.
• Ensure regulatory compliance in residents, apartments and common areas.
