Qualifications

  • Attention to detail and safety awareness in monitoring residents.

Responsibilities

  • Answers phones and doors; conducts security checks and eye counts.
  • Distributes medication and mail.
  • Monitors phone calls; supervises showers, meals and work details.
  • Prepares and submits incident reports on unusual happenings.
  • Performs intervention/disciplinary actions.
  • Logs information in shift and resident logs.
  • Attends mandatory staff/shift meetings and training.
  • Exchanges pertinent information with other shifts.
  • Takes appropriate action for Emergency Evacuation Drills.
