Qualifications

• An active RN license.
• Prior experience as an RN in a nursing community.
• The desire to care for residents and act with integrity.
• The ability to work flexible hours.
• SNF/LTC experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain proper resident care in a clean and safe environment.
• Develop and ensure nursing care plans; collaborate with physicians, therapists, and CNAs.
• Make nursing diagnoses to guide care strategy.
• Collaborate with the resident and healthcare team.
• Record administration of medications.
• Monitor staff to ensure safety regulations are followed and state regulations and facility procedures are followed.
• Follow procedures for nursing equipment and supplies.
• Perform other duties as directed.
