Job summary

Tradition Senior Living in Houston is seeking a dedicated Care Partner to support residents across Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care in a luxury community. This role emphasizes compassionate, person-centered care and maintaining resident dignity.

Shifts include 6am-2pm and 2pm-10pm, with double weekend rotations. You will provide direct personal care, respond to alerts, and help preserve residents’ quality of life in a respectful environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in an assisted living - memory care environment caring for older adults.
• Providing direct personal care and supervision to residents in accordance with resident’s individualized service plan.
• Offer choices, maintain, and promote dignity and individuality in order to enhance the resident’s individuality, satisfaction, and quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Respond quickly to resident alerts.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident’s information.
• Protect & honor resident rights.
