• Directly assist residents with daily tasks, maintaining communication with the Resident Care Director.
• Aid residents with mobility using proper techniques to prevent accidents.
• Make routine rounds to ensure needs are met per care plan.
• Assist with lifts, moves and transport with correct body mechanics.
• Document daily care activities per policy and regulatory standards.
• Report resident issues promptly to supervisors.
