Prestige Care and Rehabilitation - Pinewood Terrace is seeking a Care Partner to provide direct resident care and assist with daily living activities. The role involves following care plans, coordinating with the team, and supporting residents' physical and psychosocial well-being.

You will assist with meals, activities, and medication administration while maintaining a safe and respectful environment. State-required certifications, including First Aid and CPR, are essential to start.

Formación

• Must hold state required certification and complete delegated training (ADL competency).
• Must have word processing skills.
• Current First Aid and CPR certification.
• Food Handler permit if required by State.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct resident care with dignity and independence.
• Follow resident service plans and coordinate with teammates.
• Assist with lifting and personal care tasks; respond to help requests.
• Document changes in condition and incidents per policy.
• Administer medications and treatments as scheduled per policy.
• Assist with meals, dining room service, and kitchen cleanup.
• Help with laundry, housekeeping, and activity participation.
• Attend training, in-services, and staff meetings; complete required training.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
