Job summary

Paycom - ATS in Cookeville, TN is seeking a Clientele Technician to provide compassionate care to clients in housing facilities. Under supervision of the Executive Director/House Manager, you will assist with daily living activities, monitor health status, and help implement service plans.

Qualifications

• Experience in health care facilities preferred.
• Ability to care for clients, follow service plans, and maintain safety and dignity.

Responsibilities

• Make beds and change linens as required.
• Take vital signs (temperature, pulse, respirations, blood pressure) as directed.
• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Distribute meals and assist with nourishment and fluids.
• Observe and document food intake and overall health status.
• Maintain clean bedside areas and orderly personal belongings.
• Observe infection control procedures and universal precautions.
• Prepare and supervise meals per recipes and portion control.
• Assist with medications administration and treatment when needed.
• Participate in staff meetings and in-service programs.
