Job summary

Shifts are 2:45 PM–11:15 PM, 40 hours weekly, with rotating weekends and holidays; telework is not available.

Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania RN license required.
• Three years RN experience (or four years in related care) as determined by the Office of Administration.
• Ability to supervise across multiple nursing functions.

Responsibilities

• Team Support: Mentor nursing personnel and encourage collaboration across all care areas.
• Care Oversight: Review resident treatment needs and direct staff to maintain therapeutic environments.
• Communication Duties: Provide updates to staff, families, and administrators as needed.
• Staff Development: Coordinate training, reinforce policies, and track participation in improvement activities.
• Record Management: Complete documentation, prepare reports, and supervise evaluations of nursing personnel.
