Job summary

The Reserve at Fairhope is a premier senior living community in Alabama seeking compassionate team members to provide direct resident care, including medication distribution, and to follow individualized care plans.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, at least 1 year of related experience, Medical Technician certification as required by state regulations, and the physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds. Join our warm, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• At least 1 year of related work experience.
• Medical Technician certification as required by state regulations.
• Physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds and perform required movements.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct resident care services including medication distribution according to individualized plan.
• Perform resident assessments per state standards and facility policy.
• Observe changes in condition and report to supervisor; communicate with care staff and family.
• Document observations, red flags, incidents, interventions, and daily medication assistance; hand off to next shift.
• Complete and maintain individualized care plans for each resident.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisor.
