Candidates should have a high school diploma, related work experience, and preferably hold a Medical Technician certification. Responsibilities include following care plans, performing assessments, and documenting observations. Qualifications

• Must have at least one year of related work experience.
• Capability to physically lift up to 25 pounds unassisted.
• Ability to perform various physical activities as specified.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct resident care services and follow individualized care plans.
• Perform resident assessments under supervision.
• Document observations and interventions accurately throughout the shift.
• Complete and maintain personalized care plans for each resident.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisor.
