Resident Care Manager (RCM) - RN

Marquis Companies includes Post-Acute Rehab and Assisted Living Facilities, Marquis at Home, Consonus Rehab, and Consonus Pharmacy.

As a Resident Care Manager (RCM), your nursing skills will be utilized to conduct and coordinate resident assessments (MDS) in accordance with current rules, regulations, and guidelines, including the implementation of CAAs. Your role will involve coordination with physicians, healthcare providers, interdisciplinary teams, families, and managing care through the Charge Nurse, CNA, and Medication Nurse to ensure quality of life and care for residents. The facility currently uses electronic medical records and charting systems.

Qualifications:

  • Must be a licensed RN in the appropriate state with strong assessment and care planning skills.
  • 2–3 years of RN experience required.
  • Experience in long-term care, a passion for working with seniors, and nurse supervisor roles are encouraged to apply.
  • Training on Marquis nursing systems and procedures will be provided.
