Job summary

Ohana Pacific Health is hiring a Resident Care Manager in Honolulu, HI. You will supervise the nursing team, oversee the unit’s daily care, and coordinate admissions, discharges, and transfers with the Director of Nursing.

You’ll plan and supervise resident care, monitor health conditions, participate in planning conferences, and support continuous quality improvement efforts. Requires Hawaii RN license and 3+ years in hospital or long-term care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current Hawaii RN license.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in hospital or long-term care.
• TB clearance and health review (2-step) required.
• First Aid and CPR preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise nursing team and oversee unit operation and daily care.
• Coordinate admissions, discharges, and transfers with the DON.
• Plan, supervise, and evaluate staff; ensure quality and patient safety.
• Monitor resident conditions, participate in planning conferences, and CQI efforts.
