Sunrise Senior Living in Westminster, CO is hiring a Caregiver to assist residents with daily living activities, follow individualized care plans, and promote safety and dignity in a warm, welcoming environment.

You will support dining services, engage residents in conversations and activities, and communicate with families and care teams. CPR/First Aid certification is preferred or obtainable. This is a full-time position with paid training and growth opportunities.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED and age 18+.
• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain.
• Compassion, reliability and strong communication.

Mansioni

• Assist with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care.
• Follow Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and document changes.
• Promote safety, dignity, and independence.
• Engage residents through conversation and daily activities.
• Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
• Communicate effectively with families and care leaders.
• In Memory Care, create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss.
