Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a Caregiver in Denver, CO to provide hands-on support to residents, following ISP and documentation protocols. You will engage residents in conversations and activities, assist with personal care, and support dining services while maintaining a clean, welcoming environment.

The role emphasizes compassion, reliability, and excellent communication with families and care leaders, with additional opportunities in Memory Care to create enriching experiences.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• CPR/First Aid certification is required or the ability to obtain it.
• Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care.
• Follow Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and document changes.
• Promote safety, dignity, and independence.
• Engage residents through conversation and daily activities.
• Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
• Communicate effectively with families and care leaders.
• In Memory Care, create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss.
