Job summary

Spring Gardens of Midvale seeks a compassionate Resident Care Coordinator to lead our caregiving team with professionalism and accountability. You will ensure resident-centered care, manage staffing, training, and compliance, and support caregivers and medication technicians.

You will oversee care plans, quality assurance, family communication, and regulatory readiness while fostering teamwork and maintaining dignity and high-quality service for residents.

Qualifications

• Experience in assisted living, memory care, senior living, healthcare, or related field.
• Supervisory or leadership experience managing direct care staff.
• Strong understanding of resident care practices and service plans.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Resident Care Leadership: Ensure residents receive quality care per service plans and regulations.
• Staff Scheduling & Labor Management: Create and manage caregiver schedules and staffing levels.
• Training & Team Development: Train, coach, and mentor caregivers and medication technicians.
• Medication & Documentation Oversight: Audit MARs and care documentation for accuracy and compliance.
• Compliance & Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with state regulations and company policies.
