Job summary

Spring Gardens of Midvale is seeking a compassionate Resident Care Coordinator to lead our caregiving team and deliver resident-centered care. The role includes supervising staff, coordinating schedules, and ensuring compliance with state regulations while maintaining excellent resident and family communication.

The position is Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM, onsite at Spring Gardens of Midvale with a pay range of $20.00–$23.00 per hour, DOE.

Qualifications

• Experience in assisted living, memory care, or related healthcare field.
• Supervisory or leadership experience managing direct care staff.
• Strong organization and time management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
• Computer proficiency with electronic documentation systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead caregiving team with professionalism and accountability.
• Ensure quality resident care per service plans and regulations.
• Coordinate staff schedules and labor needs.
• Mentor caregivers and medication technicians.
• Audit MARs and care documentation for accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with state regulations and licensing.
• Foster resident dignity and family communication.
• Manage supply inventory and procurement.
