Job summary

Midwest Health, Inc. is seeking a Resident Care Coordinator to manage resident services in our community and ensure compliance with company policies and governing regulations. The role requires reporting to the Executive Director and overseeing care delivery across departments.

You will ensure dignity and confidentiality for residents, supervise staff, and coordinate admissions while maintaining alignment with state and federal nursing care standards and with families’ ongoing communications.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active LPN or RN license in good standing.
• CPR certification required.
• Experience coordinating resident care and services.
• Strong communication with families and staff.

Responsibilities

• Manage and direct resident services following policies and regulations.
• Report to the Executive Director and coordinate with physicians and pharmacy.
• Monitor compliance with state and federal regulations related to nursing care.
• Supervise staff and assist with admissions and retention of residents.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident and family information.
• Communicate with families about services and agreements.
