Responsibilities

• Oversee adherence to policies reflecting corporate and regulatory standards.
• Monitor and resolve resident rights and grievances.
• Support surveys and corrective action plans to minimize liability and risk.
• Provide training on survey processes, risk management and performance improvement.
• Assist in interviewing and selecting Directors of Health and Wellness.
• Maintain knowledge of state regulations and monitor regulatory changes.
• Champion company culture and collaborate with outside vendors as needed.
