Responsibilities include daily cleaning, supplies management, laundry assistance, and reporting resident changes. Candidates must be 18+, speak English, and be able to lift up to 50 lbs, with dependable attendance.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Cannot have been convicted of crimes related to services.
• Must speak and understand English or a language understood by residents.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform housekeeping duties.
• Demonstrate kindness, respect, and loyalty in interpersonal relationships.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Must be able to work at any Northfield facility as assigned.

• Perform cleaning procedures in accordance with facility policy.
• Observe waste disposal procedures.
• Assist in proper care and use of housekeeping equipment.
• Identify and report equipment malfunctions.
• Dispense soap, paper and other housekeeping supplies.
• Assist with laundry.

• Observe safety procedures and programs.
• Maintain a safe, clean environment for residents and coworkers.
• Protect resident clothing and valuables.
• Report changes in residents' condition to supervisor.
• Maintain confidentiality.
• Complete assignments timely and accurately.
• Listen to resident and family complaints and report problems.
• Cooperate with residents and staff.
• Dress in neat uniform with nametag and gait belt and present a professional appearance.
• Be punctual and dependable.
