Healthcare Services Group (HCSG) is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to maintain a clean, safe environment in a long-term care facility. You will perform daily cleaning of resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas, and offices, while following established procedures and safety guidelines.

No prior experience required, though enthusiasm and reliability are valued. The role emphasizes positive interactions with residents and staff, adherence to infection control policies, physical ability to lift up

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous housekeeping experience is preferred but not required.
• Maintain a positive attitude and effectively communicate with building occupants, administration, and HCSG leadership to perform daily tasks.
• Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies
• Must be able to lift/carry a maximum of 50 pounds, push/pull a maximum of 50 pounds, stand, sit, bend and walk for extended periods.
• Must be able to perform routine, repetitive tasks continuously.
• Must be able to work around cleaning products.
• Able to follow oral and written instructions, and perform routine, repetitive tasks daily.
• Residency within the service area required

Aufgaben

• Perform daily housekeeping tasks, including cleaning resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas, and offices.
• Ensure proper cleaning and sanitation of all areas following established procedures and safety guidelines.
• Maintain records of cleaning activities and report any maintenance or safety issues to the supervisor.
• Follow infection control and universal precautions policies to ensure a sanitary environment.
• Interact positively with residents, staff, and guests, providing excellent customer service.
• All other duties as assigned.
