Healthcare Services Group (HCSG) is seeking a Housekeeper to maintain a clean and safe environment in a long-term care facility. You will perform daily cleaning of resident rooms, bathrooms, and common areas while following established procedures and safety guidelines.

The role emphasizes positive interactions with residents and staff, adherence to infection control policies, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. A high school diploma is required and residency in the service area is expected.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous housekeeping experience preferred but not required.
• Positive attitude and effective communication with residents, staff, and leadership.
• Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies.
• Must be able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Residency within the service area required.

Responsabilidades

• Perform daily housekeeping tasks, including cleaning resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas, and offices.
• Ensure proper cleaning and sanitation following procedures and safety guidelines.
• Maintain records of cleaning activities and report maintenance or safety issues to supervisor.
• Follow infection control policies to maintain a sanitary environment.
• Interact positively with residents, staff, and guests, providing excellent customer service.
• All other duties as assigned.
