Healthcare Services Group (HCSG) seeks a Housekeeper to maintain a clean, safe environment in a long-term care facility. You will clean rooms, bathrooms, and common spaces, following safety guidelines and infection control policies.

The role emphasizes customer service to residents and staff, with training and opportunities for career development. Starting pay is competitive, with location-based benefits and standard eligibility requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in housekeeping preferred but not required.
• Maintain a positive attitude and communicate with building occupants, administration, and HCSG leadership.
• Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies.
• Able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds, stand and walk for extended periods.
• Able to perform routine, repetitive tasks.
• Able to work around cleaning products.
• Able to follow oral and written instructions daily.
• Residency within the service area required.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily housekeeping tasks: clean resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas and offices.
• Ensure proper cleaning and sanitation following procedures and safety guidelines.
• Maintain records of cleaning activities and report maintenance or safety issues to supervisor.
• Follow infection control and universal precautions policies for a sanitary environment.
• Interact positively with residents, staff, and guests, providing excellent customer service.
• All other duties as assigned.
