Healthcare Services Group (HCSG) is hiring a Housekeeper to maintain a clean and safe environment in a long-term care facility. You will support resident comfort and well-being while following established cleaning protocols and infection-control practices.

The role involves daily housekeeping tasks, strong communication with staff and residents, and adherence to safety guidelines. This is a hands-on position with opportunities for on-site training and career development.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required or preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform routine housekeeping tasks.
• Clear communication with residents and staff is important.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily housekeeping tasks in resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas, and offices.
• Ensure cleaning and sanitation per procedures and safety guidelines.
• Maintain records of cleaning activities and report maintenance or safety issues.
• Follow infection control policies to ensure a sanitary environment.
• Interact positively with residents, staff, and guests and provide excellent customer service.
• All other duties as assigned.
