Healthcare Services Group (HCSG) invites you to join as a Housekeeper at a long-term care facility, where you will help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents and staff. You will perform daily housekeeping, follow infection control procedures, keep records, and interact positively with residents and guests while delivering friendly, dependable service.

A high school diploma or equivalent is required; prior housekeeping experience is preferred but not required, and you

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous housekeeping experience is preferred but not required.
• Maintain a positive attitude and communicate effectively with occupants, administration, and leadership.
• Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies.
• Must be able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Residency within the service area required.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily housekeeping tasks in resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas, and offices.
• Ensure cleaning and sanitation per procedures and safety guidelines.
• Maintain records of cleaning activities and report maintenance or safety issues.
• Follow infection control and universal precautions to ensure a sanitary environment.
• Interact positively with residents, staff, and guests while delivering customer service.
