Job summary

Healthcare Services Group, Inc (HCSG) is seeking a Housekeeper to help maintain a clean, safe environment in a long-term care facility. You will perform daily housekeeping tasks and interact with residents and staff to ensure a high standard of cleanliness.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, strong communication, and physical stamina; prior housekeeping experience is helpful but not required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required or preferred.
• Previous housekeeping experience is encouraged but not required.
• Ability to follow instructions and maintain cleanliness standards, including infection control policies.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily housekeeping tasks in resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas, and offices.
• Ensure proper cleaning and sanitation per procedures and safety guidelines.
• Maintain records of cleaning activities and report maintenance or safety issues.
• Follow infection control policies and universal precautions.
• Interact positively with residents, staff, and guests, delivering good customer service.
• All other duties as assigned.
