Job summary

Healthcare Services Group (HCSG) seeks a Housekeeper to maintain a clean and safe long-term care environment. You will perform daily housekeeping tasks, ensure sanitation per procedures, and interact positively with residents and staff. Training and career development are provided, with benefits and support programs available.

Starting pay is USD 14.00 per hour. This is a full-time, on-site position in a long-term care facility, with eligibility for additional benefits and shifts as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required or preferred.
• Prior housekeeping experience is not required but encouraged.
• Maintain a positive attitude and communicate effectively with building occupants, administration, and supervisors.
• Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies.
• Able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily housekeeping tasks in resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas and offices.
• Ensure proper cleaning and sanitation following procedures and safety guidelines.
• Maintain records of cleaning activities and report maintenance or safety issues.
• Follow infection control and universal precautions policies.
• Interact positively with residents, staff, and guests, providing excellent customer service.
• All other duties as assigned.
