Job summary

Cuero-Nursing-and-Rehabilitation-Center in Cuero, TX is seeking a Hospitality Aide to assist residents with non-clinical care under the Charge Nurse. Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to speak clearly and hear well to communicate with residents.
• Ability to complete assignments with regular interruptions.
• At least 16 years of age.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as required.

Responsibilities

• Follow resident assignment schedule as directed by the Charge Nurse.
• Assist with grooming, hygiene and personal care (non-clinical).
• Answer call lights promptly and determine if direct care is needed.
• Assist residents to dining room and during meals.
• Keep water pitchers filled and maintain clean wheelchairs and beds.
• Observe residents and report changes to the Charge Nurse.
