LionStone Care is seeking a Part-Time Hospitality Aide at Shaker Gardens Care Community in Shaker Heights, OH to provide non-clinical support to residents and assist with daily activities. The role focuses on maintaining a clean, comfortable environment and delivering compassionate service to enhance residents' quality of life.

Responsibilities include assisting with meals, personal care support, linens, and collaboration with nursing staff to ensure timely response to resident needs.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience: Healthcare, customer service, or hospitality preferred but not required.
• Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills with residents.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and engage with residents.
• Assist residents with non-medical needs (beds, rooms, linens, items).
• Help with meals and serving, ensure resident comfort.
• Respond to resident calls and notify staff as needed.
• Maintain clean, organized rooms and common areas.
• Deliver linens and supplies as needed.
• Assist with dining areas setup and cleanup.
• Support residents’ dignity and independence.
• Collaborate with nursing and care staff to meet needs.
• Assist activities department with recreational events.
