Bonaventure of Maple Valley is seeking an Engaged Assisted Living Coordinator/Resident Care Coordinator to positively impact residents' daily lives and guide families through the assisted living process.

Qualifications

• State certifications and licenses required.
• Experience supervising team members and providing training.
• Knowledge of state regulations and company policies.
• CPR certification preferred.
• English language required.
• Background check and drug test required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations of the assisted living program.
• Hire, train, supervise, and schedule care staff.
• Coordinate services through service plans and logs.
• Update care plans and meet with residents/families to review services and charges.
• Provide hands-on training to staff on medications and care.
• Monitor changes in resident condition and alert RN consultant.
• Conduct audits of medication administration for accuracy.
