Job summary

Langdon Place of Dover is seeking an experienced RN or LPN to lead the Nursing Services Department and ensure resident-centered care in Dover, NH. The Resident Care Director will drive clinical operations, staff development, and regulatory readiness while partnering with physicians and families.

The ideal candidate has RN or LPN licensure in NH, at least 3 years of nursing leadership, and a track record of quality improvement and collaboration in long-term care settings.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current, unrestricted New Hampshire RN or LPN license required.
• Minimum of 3 years of nursing leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of federal and New Hampshire healthcare regulations.
• Experience with staff development, regulatory compliance, and quality improvement.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee the daily operations of the Nursing Services Department.
• Ensure residents receive safe, compassionate, high-quality care.
• Conduct resident rounds and identify clinical concerns and opportunities for improvement.
• Participate in resident admissions and evaluate clinical needs.
• Monitor incidents, infections, falls, and hospitalizations.
