- Minimum of 3 years of nursing leadership experience in long-term care or related setting
- Strong knowledge of federal and New Hampshire healthcare regulations
Responsibilities
- Direct and oversee daily operations of the Nursing Services Department
- Ensure residents receive safe, compassionate, high-quality care
- Monitor clinical trends and participate in regulatory readiness and QAPI initiatives
- Lead and mentor nursing staff and supervisors; perform evaluations and corrective actions
- Collaborate with physicians, residents, families, and interdisciplinary team; participate in on-call coverage
