Sunrise Senior Living in West Chester, PA is seeking a Resident Care Director (RN) to lead the clinical team and oversee health, wellness and care coordination. You will drive nursing excellence, ensure regulatory compliance and coordinate with physicians to maintain resident safety and high-quality care.

The role emphasizes leadership of the nursing team, development of ISP plans and oversight of medications, infection control and QA/QI initiatives within a supportive community setting.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed RN in the applicable state.
• Experience leading nursing teams and coordinating resident care.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and quality assurance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the nursing team and all care programs.
• Conduct resident assessments and oversee ISP development.
• Monitor changes in condition and coordinate with physicians and clinical partners.
• Oversee medication management and infection control programs.
• Drive QAPI initiatives and continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state nursing regulations.
• Recruit, hire, train and performance manage clinical staff.
