Sunrise Senior Living offers a Resident Care Director opportunity at Sunrise of Long Beach. This on-site role leads the nursing team, oversees care programs, and ensures safe, high-quality, resident-centered services.

You will supervise assessments, ISP development, medication management, infection control, and regulatory compliance. In addition, you will drive QAPI initiatives, manage staffing and department budget, recruit and train clinical staff, and collaborate with physicians and partners

Qualifications

• RN licensure implied by title as Resident Care Director (RN).
• Clinical leadership responsibilities in a senior living setting.
• Regulatory compliance and infection control program oversight.
