Job summary

Harmony Senior Services, LLC is seeking a Health Care Director (RN/LPN) to lead the community’s health and wellness program and supervise nursing staff. The role ensures high-quality resident care and regulatory compliance across day-to-day operations.

You will oversee medication management, infection prevention, staff training, and collaboration with physicians to coordinate care while contributing to budget and operational goals. Weekend or after-hours work may be required.

Qualifications

• Current RN or LPN license in accordance with State regulations.
• CPR certification required.
• Supervisory/management experience preferred.
• Ability to think critically and apply nursing process principles.
• Weekend, after-hours on-call as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead health and wellness activities for residents and manage daily healthcare operations.
• Supervise nurses, med techs and CNAs; provide training and competency validation.
• Oversee medication management and audits to ensure safety and compliance.
• Monitor infection prevention practices and quality indicators; participate in At-Risk and QAPI meetings.
• Collaborate with physicians, pharmacists, and wellness team to coordinate care and resources.
• Assist Executive Director with budget adherence and external business development when applicable.
• Other duties as assigned.
