Job summary

Harmony Senior Services, LLC seeks an Associate Healthcare Director to assist the Healthcare Director in leading health and wellness initiatives for residents. The role ensures efficient operation of the resident care department and coordination with physicians, pharmacists, and other care providers.

Qualifications include an active RN or LPN license, nursing background, and CPR certification, with 1–2 years’ experience and a preference for longer tenures in geriatric settings.

Qualifications

• RN or LPN license current and unencumbered in the state where the community is located.
• Experience in geriatric care and dementia preferred.
• CPR certification currently held.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents pre-move-in to assess care needs and feasibility within the community.
• Develop and update individualized service plans based on evaluations.
• Collaborate with physicians, pharmacists and other providers to ensure coordinated care.
• Oversee medication management and training for med techs and staff.
• Ensure compliance with local, state and federal regulations and survey readiness.
