Job summary

Saber Healthcare Group seeks a Resident Care Director for Meadowview Assisted Living Center in Smithfield, NC. You will lead daily operations, ensuring exceptional resident care and collaboration with the Executive and Medical Directors.

Required: NC RN or LPN license, CPR certification, and at least two years of supervisory experience in long-term care. Full-time, day shifts, competitive compensation and full benefits.

Position Summary

As the Resident Care Director, it is your responsibility for the overall management and success of the assisted living community. The Resident Care Director will work directly with the Executive Director and the Medical Director to ensure the highest degree of quality of care is maintained for each resident at all times.

Education/Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered license to practice as a RN or LPN within the state in which you work.
• Must possess an active CPR certification for healthcare providers by an American Heart Association (AHA) approved provider.
• Minimum two (2) years of experience in a supervisory role in a hospital, nursing community or other related healthcare community, preferably in long‑term care.
