Sunset Villa Post AcuteSNF is seeking an Registered Nurse (RN) to supervise daily nursing activities during the shift, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local standards within a long-term care facility in Oregon. The role supports the DON/ADON in directing nursing services and maintaining high quality resident care.

Responsibilities include staff supervision, policy adherence, involvement in committees, and coordination with interdepartmental teams.

Qualificações

• Must possess an active RN license in the state.
• CPR certification required.
• Experience in long-term care preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise the day-to-day nursing activities during the tour of duty in accordance with laws and facility policies.
• Assist Director of Nursing in directing daily nursing functions and coordinating with committees and other departments.
• Ensure nursing staff comply with procedures, maintain records, and participate in quality assurance activities.
• Perform and supervise administrative tasks, staff assignments, and discharge planning as needed.
