Job summary

Easterseals Southern Georgia, Inc. in Cordele, GA is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to provide resident care and emotional support, assist with daily activities, monitor health, and help with mobility and meals.

You will document in Therap and QuickMAR, follow HIPAA, attend trainings, and collaborate with Site Leader and Residential Manager to ensure safe, dignified living for residents.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or approved equivalency certificate.
• Georgia CNA certification preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• CPR/AED and First Aid certifications are required or preferred.
• Ability to lift and assist with mobility and daily activities.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care, emotional support and supervision during daily activities.
• Review ISP, HRST, HCP and care plans to guide support and safety.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, toileting, eating and hydration.
• Assist with meals, snacks, and independent living skills per menus.
• Assist with transfers, mobility, and transport to appointments.
• Document health data, routines, and spending in Therap and other systems.
